    Travel with us to discover some of the best-loved towns and cities of the Côte d'Azur on this holiday to France. From the opulence of Monte Carlo to the tranquillity of St. Paul-de-Vence, this 7-night getaway has something for everyone. We’ll take a day trip to visit the tiny nation of Monaco and explore the beautiful Rothschild Villa & Gardens. Another day trip will take us to the medieval town of Grasse & the painter’s village of St. Paul-de-Vence. We’ll also visit Antibes & Nice, a one day excursion which includes the Old Town of Antibes, Millionaire’s Quay and the magnificent Nice Promenade. This holiday also includes plenty of free time to enjoy the surroundings at a leisurely pace and explore the many hidden gems in this beautiful region of France.

    Arrive in Nice

    Upon arrival in Nice, our local representative will meet us at the airport. They will accompany us to your hotel, which is located in the beautiful city of Cannes.

    Discover Cannes (2026)

    Today, we step into the glitz and glamour of Cannes with our guide for a walking tour of the city. Let's begin our journey along the famous Promenade de la Croisette, where luxury hotels and palm trees line the azure coast. We will learn about the city's prestigious film festival, held annually at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès, which is nicknamed the Bunker.  Then we marvel at the yachts in the Old Port, bustling with life and history, before wandering through the charming streets of Le Suquet, Cannes' old town, perched atop a hill overlooking the Mediterranean, with its narrow alleyways, medieval architecture, and picturesque squares with views that stretch across the bay.

    Visit Antibes (2025 & 2026)

    Let's embark on a captivating guided walking tour to explore the timeless beauty of Antibes. Nestled between Nice and Cannes, Antibes blends old-world charm with stunning Mediterranean views. We begin our journey in the heart of the Old Town, where cobblestone streets, colourful façades, and lively markets evoke the essence of Provence. Then we discover the historic ramparts that once protected the city, and enjoy sweeping vistas of the sea and snow-capped Alps beyond. We can enjoy that stroll along the picturesque Port Vauban, home to luxury yachts and traditional fishing boats, and hear stories of Antibes' maritime past., as we pass by the impressive Fort Carré, a 16th-century fortress steeped in history.

    Explore Nice (2025)

    After lunch, we will continue to Nice, one of the French Riviera’s most iconic cities. Let's begin our adventure in the colourful Old Town (Vieux Nice), where narrow winding streets, Baroque churches, and bustling markets come alive with Mediterranean flair. We wander past local cafés and artisan shops, soaking in the sights, scents, and flavours of Provençal life. We visit Cours Saleya, the famous flower and food market, and admire the ornate Cathédrale Sainte-Réparate, a jewel of the Old Town.

    In your free time, you can go to the Castle Hill (Colline du Château) for panoramic views of the Baie des Anges, the red-tiled rooftops of Nice, and the sparkling sea or just stroll down the elegant Promenade des Anglais, lined with palm trees and Belle Époque architecture.

    Free Time in Cannes

    Today, you will have a full day to relax and enjoy the charms of the Côte d'Azur at your own pace. Take in some sightseeing and shopping in Cannes, or visit some of the towns and villages in the surrounding region. Your guide can offer suggestions for activities and places to see. If staying in Cannes for the day, why not visit the local food market, the vibrant Marché Forville, in the heart of the city, where you can sample fresh produce, cheeses, and Provençal specialities.

    Today, let's step into Elegance with a visit to the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild. Perched on the stunning Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat peninsula, the Villa Ephrussi de Rothschild is a masterpiece of French Riviera elegance and refinement. Built in the early 20th century by Baroness Béatrice de Rothschild, this pink-hued palace offers a captivating glimpse into the opulent lifestyle of the Belle Époque.     Experience the Hilltop Village of Saint Paul-de-Vence (2025 & 2026)

    Today, let's step into a storybook village on a guided walking tour of Saint-Paul de Vence, one of the most picturesque hilltop towns in Provence. Surrounded by ancient ramparts and bathed in golden light, this medieval gem has long inspired artists, writers, and travellers from around the world. As we stroll through narrow cobbled streets lined with stone houses, art galleries, and flower-filled balconies, our guide will share tales of the village's rich history, from its 14th-century fortifications to its 20th-century role as a haven for artists like Marc Chagall, who is buried in the local cemetery.  We pause in the Place de la Grande Fontaine, admire the 17th-century Collegiate Church, and soak in panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and distant Alps.

    Explore Grasse (2025 & 2026)

    Let's discover the world’s perfume capital on a guided walking tour of Grasse, a hilltop town where fragrance, history, and Provençal charm come together. We stroll through the winding streets of the Old Town, filled with colourful facades, hidden courtyards, and artisan shops, while our guide leads us through centuries of history, from medieval times to Grasse’s rise as the global centre of perfume. Since the end of the 18th century, it has been producing fragrances, and Grasse is still home to several parfumeries such as Galimard, Molinard and Fragonard, using traditional fragrance-making techniques based on the town’s unique relationship with flowers like jasmine and rose.

    Explore Cannes at Your Own Pace

    You have more time to enjoy a day at your leisure in Cannes. You can also take the train to Antibes and visit some museums, like the iconic Picasso Museum, housed in the ancient Château Grimaldi, where the artist lived and worked, or the Naval Museum of Napoleon.
