Travel with us on this 5-night group holiday to St Petersburg, the city where some of the world’s most famous art, literature and history was created. St. Petersburg, located by the Baltic Sea, has more of a Scandinavian feel than the country’s capital Moscow and is home to the Winter Palace, the former residence of the Russian monarchs. Today, the Winter Palace is part of the Hermitage Museum, which houses the largest collection of paintings in the world. On this holiday to St. Petersburg, we’ll visit the Hermitage on a half day guided tour and see two other magnificent former royal residences: Catherine’s Palace & Peterhof Palace. We’ll also enjoy free time to explore St. Petersburg at leisure, with helpful tips from our local guide.
