Your Guided Group Holiday To Malta
Uncover Malta’s magical blend of culture, cuisine, language and landscape on this 7-night solo traveller holiday. With its stunning coastline and sunny climate, it’s no wonder Malta is a favourite destination for holidaymakers. Beyond the beautiful beaches, Malta has a colourful history and influences from its neighbouring Mediterranean countries have resulted in a treasure trove of historic sites. We'll have the opportunity to get to know our fellow solo travellers over a welcome drink followed by dinner in the hotel. We’ll enjoy excursions to the fascinating capital Valletta, medieval Mdina, the Three Cities and the nearby island of Gozo. On guided day trips, we’ll marvel at the beautiful ‘Inland Sea’ at Dwejra, the Citadel in Victoria and the prehistoric Ggantija Temples. We’ll also have plenty of free time to relax beside the crystal blue waters, sample local delicacies or discover more of what interests you and your fellow travellers with recommendations from our guide.

Travel to Malta
Arrive in Malta
You will be met in Malta by your local guide, who will be with you throughout your tour and can help with any queries you may have.
Guided Tour of Valletta and The Malta Experience
This tour includes the Upper Barrakka Gardens, St John's Co-Cathedral and the Malta Experience, a multivision show that depicts Malta throughout the ages. (Entrances included).
Welcome Drink & Evening meal
This is the perfect opportunity to get to know your fellow solo travellers over a welcome drink followed by dinner in the hotel.
This tour takes you to the Mdina area of Malta where you will visit the 'Greek Gate', the catacombs, the cliffs at Dingli, the Botanic Gardens of San Anton & the dome of Mosta's church. Lunch is included at a local restaurant.
Free Time in Malta
Today, you are free to enjoy time to yourself or go sightseeing. Your guide can also suggest activities for you and your fellow solo travellers to take part in.
Trip to Gozo
During this excursion, you will visit the 'Inland Sea' at Dwerja, the village of il-Qala Belvedere, the citadel in Victoria and the bay of Xlendi, followed by a visit to the Ggantija Temples.Lunch at a local restaurant is included.

Today is another free day to spend at leisure in Malta. Your guide will be happy to make suggestions of places to see and things to do in the area with your newfound friends.
Optional Excursion - Blue Grotto and Marsaxlokk
Your local guide will offer an optional half day excursion to the unspoilt fishing village of Marsaxlokk and the Blue Grotto.

The Three Cities
Visit Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea
Discover the historical area known as the three cities: Vittoriosa, Cospicua and Senglea. Afternoon will be at leisure.
Free Time at Leisure
Spend the rest of the day doing some last-minute souvenir shopping or simply relax with other members of the tour.
Say goodbye to Malta and your travel companions, as you depart for home.

Will I be met at the airport?
You will be met on arrival at your destination airport and transferred to your accommodation. You will be accompanied on all included excursions by your Travel Department guide. Your expert local guide is also available to give you tips and advice on any aspect of your holiday.
