Exclusive Holiday World Show Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Entry to the draw is only valid for bookings made between 26th and 28th of January 2024 at stand V2 at Holiday World Show, RDS Dublin 04 E6N6. On completion of your booking of either a Travel Department or TD active Holiday at the show, you will be entered in to a draw to win 1 of 5 Travel Department or TD active Holidays gift vouchers.
2. There will be 5 winners from the draw of the Travel Department and TD active Holidays gift voucher prize promotion.
3. Closing date is 28th of January 2024 when the show ends.
4. Prize is as offered, it cannot be changed and no cash alternative will apply.
5. The prize is not transferable.
6. Entry is for people of 18 years of age and over.
7. A valid entry is a Travel Department or TD active Holiday booked between 26th and 28th of January 2024 at Stand V2 at the Holiday World Show, RDS Dublin 04 E6N6.
8. Only completed bookings in accordance with these rules will qualify for entry to the draw.
9. Travel Department’s decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Travel Department reserve the right to change any aspect of the prize.
11. Employees or agents of Travel Department, and their families or other persons connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

13. Travel Department are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
14. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid promotional related publicity undertaken by Travel Department.
15. Entry to this prize promotion shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms & conditions.
16. Travel Department reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
17. Participants agree to use their testimonials for marketing purposes.
18. 5 winners will be chosen at random and will be notified by phone no later than the 9^th of February.
